It brings me sooooo much joy to know these Mariah + Lane! It is truly the best part of my job when I get to connect with other amazing human beings who love to laugh and spread joy - just like these two.

Lane + Mariah had been dating for 7 years after meeting freshman year of college and totally hitting it off. Lane planned a romantic day in Philadelphia, that included pampering, brunch, and a cherry blossom festival - where he proposed!

It is so clear to me why they connect with each other and the people around them the way they do. Their love is electric and honest, and they radiate joy.

We had been waiting for a day when snow was in the forecast (not a commonplace in Milwaukee), and eventually gave up and just planned on a weekend. AND IT DUMPED SNOW ON US! It was just meant to be! We has so much fun frolicking along Lake Michigan beaches, and heading down to the 5th ward, where we mostly had the city to ourselves.

Cannot even wait for these love buns to get married in Madison this fall!
