Caitlin and Wyatt traveled all the way from Alaska to Milwaukee to celebrate their colorful, nature-inspired wedding with their favorite people. As archaeologists who often live off the grid, they dreamed of a day that felt connected to nature—and their wedding day delivered just that. They opted to add film coverage to their day, which added to the dreamy vibes of their photos.
With the incredible floral artistry of Sunborn Gardens, they transformed their celebration into a wildflower-filled garden oasis, bursting with color, texture, and whimsy. From delicate prairie blooms and climbing vines to pops of disco ball flair, every detail felt vibrant and personal.
A Nature-Inspired Ceremony at the Mitchell Park Domes
Guests arrived at the iconic Mitchell Park Domes in Milwaukee, where the celebration began with a sun-drenched stroll down the hill to a serene ceremony site overlooking a peaceful pond. The setting perfectly reflected Caitlin and Wyatt’s love for the outdoors and created a calm, intimate space to exchange vows. C+W snuck off for a little party bus reprieve before the reception festivities began!

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and wandered through the unique botanical domes before heading into the stunning Greenhouse No. 7 for dinner and dancing. The greenhouse space was the perfect mix of garden magic and laid-back celebration, with glowing lights, wildflowers in bloom, and an atmosphere full of joy.
