Summer Happiness with Pete's Pops! | Milwaukee
If you are a Milwaukee local and haven’t stumbled upon (or actively sought out) Pete’s Pops, you are MISSING OUT! They have recently started posting about how they are gearing up for the warm weather season, and I instantly started drooling - SUMMER GOODNESS TO LOOK FORWARD TO! I figured now is as good a time as ever to share their grand opening of their brick and mortar shop on Vliet Street in Milwaukee. You can find the shop if you see a giant yellow pop beacon! Sporting a grass wall, garage door standing counter area, and colorful menu - it’s the perfect spot on any day (Fri, Sat, Sun that is)!
Usually you can find Pete or one of his crew at a pop stand with a rainbow umbrella at a street festival, farmers market, or a random street corner. Let me tell you, you will quickly have a favorite flavor, mine - lime coconut (there are tapioca pearls IN IT).
The flavor list is much longer than the one below, and they only carry a limited supply at their carts - so if you see that rainbow umbrella RUN your buns over there! I always have mine pre meal if I find their cart before "real food.”
Aside from delish pops, Pete is incredibly kind, along with his team. He immediately hired some pretty jazzed teens from the community to come work the pop window at his new shop, and has an awesome outpour of support from the community.

(pps. I just ordered mine, they do deliver within 25 miles, but I am picking mine up, because I could always use a little drive in my day. You can choose from a selection of flavors for your 10 pops in the box - magical, my favs are available tooooo! Thank you mother nature + earth day!)
